Custom-designed residential project for the Lacourse Foundation, dedicated to supporting individuals with autism, located in Terrebonne. The project involves multiple adaptations to building systems and spaces to address specific user needs and is carried out at a reduced engineering fee as a way to support a cause that is deeply important to us.

The LEED Gold project in Drummondville is a multi-residential development delivered over seven phases, with ESP involved from Phase 1, which includes a six-storey building totaling 172 units as well as seven townhouses. This project showcases our building engineering expertise in LEED-certified developments, through an integrated approach focused on energy performance, system sustainability, and rigorous coordination from the early stages of the project.

This project located in Saint-Basile-le-Grand is a multi-residential development delivered in four phases. This phase includes a six-storey building totaling 217 units, highlighting our building engineering expertise and our ability to contribute effectively from the early stages of the project.

This project located in Longueuil is a 12-storey multi-residential development totaling 410 units, distributed across three buildings, with a design centered on the integration of geothermal systems to optimize the complex’s energy performance and long-term sustainability.

Located in Vaudreuil-Dorion, is a 14-storey high-rise residential building comprising 188 units, designed to provide a modern and complete living environment. The ground floor, fully designed for residents, including a gym, a billiards room and shared amenity space and required careful coordination of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure occupant comfort, functionality and overall building performance.

This project is a private seniors’ residence (55+) comprising a 139-unit rental building, designed to provide comfort, safety, and quality of life. The building features a spa located on the 4th floor and a panoramic lounge offering breathtaking views of Mount Saint-Hilaire, requiring advanced building engineering expertise and rigorous coordination of specialized systems.
